I have 2 other copies of this, and I don't want to do this again after today!! It's sad when I look at where I could be right now, and I don't want to feel like this anymore!
(posted 6/17/09) I weighed 190 when I got pregnant with Ryan. I got my BFP on 2/27/06 after TTC for 2 years - one of the best days of my LIFE! I weighed 183 when I got pregnant with Kate (BFP on 8/31/09), 10.5 months after Ryan was born. About a week after having Kate (5/16/08), I was down in the 170s and got as low as 171 on 5/30/08! Now, it's over a year later, and I weight 192!
I have been pregnant or breastfeeding since February of 2006, and I have not really done anything about losing weight. I also don't exercise. These things need to change! I am still BFing, but Kate is 13 months old now, and it's time! I need to do this for myself!
I need to take baby steps to slowly improve my eating and exercise habits. For myself. For my children. For my husband. I want to be a better version of me.
