that was hard, LOL

I *just* posted below about how I am working on setting small baby step goals, but it still felt ridiculous to type that I should exercise once a week as a goal!! I have to see how it works, but I am forcing myself to put something down for now!!! Once a week is an improvement over nothing. Why can't that be enough for even one week????

If anyone is actually reading this and has advice I'd love to hear it!

Hi Amy, I think once or twice a week is a good goal. Do you like aerobics? Are there any local aerobics classes you can join? I do this class called Sheila's Aerobic Jazz 2 nights per week and I am more in shape than I've been in a long time from it, and my cholesterol is at it's all time lowest ever right now! Yes it's SUPER hard to get my butt there, super hard, super super hard (you get the idea) but it's $75 for 20 classes and I don't want to waste my money so I HAVE to go, and once I'm there, I have fun, and afterwards, I feel great! (Holy cow that was a long sentence!) Another thing that has always helped me tremendously - journalling! Journal your exercise. You will love to look at your journal every week and look at your progress and if you skip out, the journal will give you major guilt, and you'll try harder the following week! Anyways, just wanted to give you some ideas! xo
